Mining Licence Worksite Management
The holder of a mining licence has the responsibility to ensure that the worksite is controlled and managed by a person whom the holder of the licence reasonably believes is competent to do so. The holder of the licence must also provide the manager with sufficient means to be able to meet all obligations with respect to the worksite placed on them by the Mineral Resources (Sustainable Development) Act 1990 (MRSDA), and the relevant regulations.
