Native Vegetation Guide for Mines and Quarries
The Native Vegetation Removal Regulations have been reviewed.
The Native Vegetation Guide for Mines and Quarries is now replaced by the Guidelines for the removal, destruction or lopping of native vegetation.
The guidelines can be found on the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning (DELWP) website along with information on native vegetation reforms and guidance to support applications to remove native vegetation.
