The guideline provides information on how to advertise new minerals exploration, retention, mining and prospecting licence applications.

All applicants are now required to provide information to the Earth Resources Regulator to enable details of the applications to be published on our Have your say on new licence applications page.

The guideline covers requirements for newspaper advertisements and advertising applications on local radio, as well as advice on advertising through councils and on social media. The guideline also includes an alternate method for advertising a licence application in areas where a local newspaper is not circulating,
