Outline of the proposed programs of work: The application is to continue work at the New Victoria Prospect on State Forest (Crown land), transitioning from EL006773 and aligned to the existing approved work plan PLN-001701. Proposed activities include small-scale underground existing mine development, ore extraction, targeted underground and/or surface drilling, and progressive rehabilitation and environmental controls.

Any person may object or comment to a licence being granted. (Section 24 and 24A, Mineral Resources (Sustainable Development) Act 1990).

  1. putting the objection or comment in writing; and
  2. including the grounds on which it is made

All objections or comments must be lodged within 21 days after the latest date on which the application was advertised and can be lodged online or posted to:

6. Other information

  1. Subject to other requirements being satisfied, a prospecting licence, if granted, entitles the holder of the licence to prospect or explore for minerals, carry out mining on the relevant land, and do anything else that is incidental to that mining.
