Outline of the proposed programs of work: During the first year, we plan to undertake low impact exploration activities comprising literature reviews of historical data sets and compilation of existing information, geophysical mapping to determine the subsurface geometry of the deep lead.

Should CV Resources determine that future higher impact exploration be required such as exploration stratigraphic drilling then a submission would be made to Resources Victoria and this would be accompanied by detailed rehabilitation plans along with significant effort directed at informing the community by (i) direct engagement, and (ii) the development of relationships with landholders and Local Government, to ensure that all involved are well informed of our intent, our activities and the potential outcomes of our actions.

Any person may object or comment to a licence being granted. (Section 24 and 24A, Mineral Resources (Sustainable Development) Act 1990).

A person who objects or comments must:

1. putting the objection or comment in writing; and
2. including the grounds on which it is made

All objections or comments must be lodged within 21 days after the latest date on which the application was advertised and can be lodged online or posted to:

1. Subject to other requirements being satisfied, an exploration licence, if granted, entitles the holder of the licence to explore and search for minerals in the relevant land, but does not entitle the holder to undertake mining.
